Balıkesir Bird Sanctuary National Park Regular Bird Counts (2008-2012)

Regular bird counting was carried out in Balıkesir Bird Sanctuary National Park between 2008 and 2012. The species that breed, that spend the winter and that rest during their migration were identified and monitored.

Within the scope of monitoring studies supported by the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs (currently the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry), bird counting was carried out every three weeks for four years.
